To
Place an Online Support Request:
Please
read and ensure that you understand the following steps
before attempting to log any requests.
It
is important that ALL information fields get filled
in correctly.
- Read
these Steps completely before submitting the Support
Request
- Click
the Request Support button (bottom of this page)

Enter your Client Code and other Contact information
where indicated
Note:
Fields marked with a "*"
are mandatory.

Enter the Product and Computer Information where indicated

Under "Summary", enter a brief description
of the issue
PLEASE NOTE: The next
three fields are extremely important!

Under "Description", write a detailed description
of the issue you are experiencing. Please include the
area of the software you are working and any details
you feel are relevant.

Under "Steps to Reproduce", Detail the exact
steps you are doing to reproduce the issue
-
Under "What Has Been Done to Troubleshoot"
enter the steps taken to resolve this issue yourself,
i.e. consulted the manual and help files etc.

Once all the information has been entered, click the
"Send Report" button. ONLY CLICK THIS BUTTON
ONCE! Please be patient and DO NOT click twice on "Send
Report" button
Your
Support Request has now been sent directly to the Support
Department, it has automatically been assigned an Incident
Number and a confirmation email has been sent to you via
the email address you have provided.
VERY
IMPORTANT:
Only submit one issue at a time, if you submit multiple
issues in the same Support Request, only the first issue
will be responded to.
